The EGM Foundation's return policy is based on a relationship of good faith and fair dealing. We trust that you will respect our intellectual property rights and not use or dispose of the products before returning them.

You have the possibility to return a product within 14 calendar days starting from the date you took physical possession of the product, but the costs related to the return must be borne by you. Returns, (regardless of the delivery method chosen), will never be sent by the customer to the EGM Foundation with cash on delivery.

The EGM Foundation will refund the value of the products returned by the buyer within a maximum of 7 working days from the receipt of the package and only if the ordered product(s) are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
